The Energy Operating System

Introducing Mycor, the digital architect of a building’s energy system. The Mycor platform is central to what we do at David Energy: it is an intelligent energy management tool used to optimize all of an owner’s energy needs. Mycor uses machine learning to leverage on-site DERs into energy markets, the software layer bringing transparency and simplicity to the building’s energy system.

Sustainability

As the world shifts to carbon-free energy, ensuring a building is as sustainable and energy-efficient as possible is imperative, especially in the face of new regulations like the Climate Mobilization Act. For example, in New York, we help real estate portfolio owners to make the energy decisions needed to comply with Local Laws 97 and 95. Elsewhere, we provide ongoing sustainability tracking and analytics.

Solar

Installing rooftop solar is the easiest way to save money and meet sustainability goals. If you don’t have much roofspace, you can still benefit from local community solar.

Combined Heat and Power (CHP)
